As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (13th-19th May 2024), the Department of Pharmacology’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee is running a Photography Competition. We want to inspire you to improve your mental health and to become more mindful of your environment:

This year, our theme is “Movement - Moving more for our mental health”. Let’s get our competition and your creativity into motion!! Take your inspiration from anything in the world around you – explore different places and see what pictures you can snap with this theme in mind.
Competition Rules
- The competition is open to University of Cambridge, Department of Pharmacology Staff and Students.
- The competition closes at midnight on Sunday 26th May 2024.
- Entrants are limited to a maximum of 3 submissions.
- All entries must be the original work of the entrant. Images may be digitally enhanced to remove spots or to make it brighter etc. but the content should not be manipulated.
- By submitting your photograph, you agree to it being displayed on social media, the Pharmacology website and potentially hung within the Department on display.
- All entries will be judged by a panel of judges and notified by 31st May 2024.
- Contestants will have their photos displayed at our Away Day and throughout our Department on our monitors.
- The first prize will include a display of the printed photo within the Department. Winners and runner-ups will receive a print of their selected photo.
Submit your entries to the blue “Photography Competition 2024” folder in PHARM_Teams à Files Make sure to create a folder with your CRSid and include an image description.
