Kyren Lazarus has been awarded the 2019 Lorne Boomerang Travel Fellowship that aims to bring cancer scientists back to Australia.
He will use the award to visit labs in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, as well as attending the Lorne Cancer Conference, where he will present his lung cancer findings.
This opportunity will allow him to create networks and future collaborations with the aim of starting a group in Australia.
